Process and Next Steps
This Islamic certification program is organised by the Global Imams & Scholars Council (GISC) in collaboration with AIMS. It is tailored for religious leaders who want to enhance their counselling abilities while staying true to Islamic values.
1 - Application Submission
Submit your application through our online portal. Early registration is encouraged due to limited spots.
2 - Programme Orientation
Once accepted, you will be invited to an orientation session where you’ll receive the course schedule and key materials.
3 - Live Classes Begin
Engage in 36 weeks of live online classes, with opportunities for interactive Q&A and access to supplementary learning materials.
4 - Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Counselling Skills Certification, signifying your ability to provide professional, faith-based counselling services.
5 - Sessions
The course will be online Every Sunday from 10 AM – 1 PM London, UK time.
6 - Course Fee
The course fee is normally around £1599, but we aim to make it accessible for all imams and scholars. We will contact each participant individually to discuss the best way to accommodate you, Insha’Allah. We will try to secure partial scholarships for you.
7 - Start Date
We will start the course January, 2026, Insha’Allah. Enrolling deadline is 27 November 2025.
