The course spans 108 hours of live instruction over 36 weeks, with 3 hours of class time per week. You will gain deep insights into Islamic Psychology and Counselling (IPC), focusing on integrating Islamic principles with authentic modern therapeutic practices.

Next Steps to Enrol

Application Submission
Submit your application through our online portal. Early registration is encouraged due to limited spots.
Programme Orientation
Once accepted, you will be invited to an orientation session where you’ll receive the course schedule and key materials.
Live Classes Begin
Engage in 36 weeks of live online classes, with opportunities for interactive Q&A and access to supplementary learning materials.
Certification
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Counselling Skills Certification, signifying your ability to provide professional, faith-based counselling services.
Cohorts
The course will run in several cohorts to keep the numbers manageable. It will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM GMT. Meaning, you will be put in one of the days. We are also considering cohorts on Saturdays and Sundays (exact timings to be confirmed).
Course Fee
The course fee is normally around £2,000, but we aim to make it accessible for all imams and scholars. You should not worry about the cost, as the main requirement is your commitment. We will contact each participant individually to discuss the best way to accommodate you, Insha’Allah. We will secure scholarships (at least 75% for first come first basis).
Start Date
We are considering the start date to be end of January, 2025, Insha’Allah- all depends on how many confirmed enrollees we have. However, we may start straight after Ramadan if we need a little extra time to finalise the admin and logistics, Insha’Allah. We will communique with everyone by mid January, 2025.
